29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: On or about January 7, 2013, in the hallway of the floor being remodeled four employees and a supervisor were exposed to a tripping hazard from five gallon paint buckets obstructing the hallway.
