29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59):    On or about January 7, 2013, at 4031 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, Georgia:    Four employees remodeling hotel rooms using chemicals which included but was not limited to paint, paint thinner, and KILZ primer, were exposed to eye, skin, and lung irritation when the employer did not provide develop a written hazard communication program.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: (Construction Reference: 1926.59):    On or about January 7, 2012, at 4031 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, Georgia:    Four employees painting hotel rooms using chemicals which included but was not limited to paint, paint thinner, and KILZ primer, were exposed to eye, skin, and lung irritation when the employer did not maintain MSDS's on the jobsite.

29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:    On or about January 7, 2013, at 4031 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, Georgia:    Four employees performing painting work were exposed to trip/fall hazards when the employer stored paint and other construction materials which obstructed the hallway.
