29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 will be met: Employees were exposed to chemical hazards when using motor oil, hydraulic oil, Freon, and other chemicals. The written hazard communication program did not include: a. The methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks the employer assigns employees. b. The methods the employer will use to provide the other employers on-site access to material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical the employees may be exposed to while working. c. The methods the employer will use to inform the other employers of any precautionary measures that need to be taken to protect employees during the workplace's normal operating conditions and in foreseeable emergencies. d. The methods the employer will use to inform the other employers of the labeling system used in the workplace. e. The methods the employer uses to provide employee information on hazardous chemicals.
