Drop Shipment Verification Area, Catwalk, 190 Fiberloid Street, Springfield, MA; Catwalk above the drop shipment verification area had been removed and was being guarded by plastic danger tape that did not meet the requirements for standard railings.

29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6):     Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel:    Loading dock, Springfield NDC, 190 Fiberloid Street, Springfield, MA; Employees unloading trucks drove forward approximately 10 yards with double stacked equipment before setting it down to un-nest the equipment.  During the time they were driving forward, the employee's vision in the path of travel was obstructed by the equipment.
