29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: a) At the facility, on or about 1/11/13: Powered industrial trucks which were exhausting carbon monoxide were not taken out of service. Measurements by OSHA showed ambient air levels of carbon monoxide reaching 90 parts per million.
