(b) 2416 Willow Street, Lancaster PA - An employee was standing at the edge of the first floor handing down tools to an individual in the basement of the building being demolished and was not protected with a fall protection system, thereby exposing employee to a fall of 8 feet, on or about January 14, 1013. No abatement certification or documentation required.
