29 CFR 1926.451(f)(13): Debris was allowed to accumulate on scaffold platforms:  Jobsite: Unit #2 - Hydro Mobile mast-climbing work platform.  Workers were exposed to possible burns and other injuries associated with fire while working on the platform where combustible and other debris was allowed to accumulate along the entire length of the platform and especially near an operating kerosene-fired infrared heater.
