Washington St., Thornton, CO 80229: On and before 1/10/13, employees were allowed to dry sweep demolition waste, generated from the removal of approximately 930 sq. ft. of 12x12, floor tiles, some of which, contained up to 2% chrysotile. This condition exposed employees to respiratory hazards of a known human carcinogen. b) Sun Enterprises, Inc. @ 8877 N. Washington St., Thornton, CO 80229: On and before 1/10/13, an industrial hygienist did not determine that removed floor tile and the associated mastic and backing were asbestos-free prior to the removal of approximately 930 sq. ft. of 12x12 floor tiles, some of which contained 2% chrysotile. This condition exposed employees to respiratory hazards of a known human carcinogen.
