29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: On or about January 11, 2013, and at times prior there to, employees were observed working on the roof of a residential dwelling with personal fall arrest systems that did not prevent them from contacting the ground below. The employees were exposed to a fall of greater than 6 feet to the ground below.

The employees were exposed to a fall of greater than 6 feet to the ground below.
