(a) Front of Store, Fuel Area Canopy - On or about November 20, 2012 employees were exposed to 12 foot fall hazard. Employees were working from a platform on a mobile scaffold that was not fully planked.

29 CFR 1910.29(a)(3)(vii): Work levels 10 feet or higher above the ground or floor did not have a guardrail of 2" x 4" nominal or the equivalent, installed no less than 36" or more than 42" high, with a mid-rail of 1"x 4" nominal lumber or equivalent: (a) Front of Store, Fueling Area Canopy - On or about November 20, 2012 employees were exposed to fall hazards over 12 feet while working from a mobile scaffold and they were not protected by having a top guardrail.
