29 CFR 1926.34(b): Exits and access to exits were not marked by a readily visible sign: (a) On or about 01/11/13, at the new Wegmans Store under construction, located on 1750 East Avenue, in Rochester, New York, exit markings were not visible to indicate alternate exit routes along the grocery receiving dock, where the main exit door (east end)had been disabled for maintenance. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
