An employee of Jean Paul, subcontractor to Top Line Quality Construction, was working from the scaffold approximately 18 feet above grade, observed on or about 1/2/13.  (b) Jobsite located at Brandywine Senior Living, 311 Route 73, Voorhees, NJ, Pod, and 2nd Floor Deck: The scaffold erected on the 2nd floor deck of the pod was not fully planked.
