OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees who were exposed to an explosion hazard from building perforating (scallop) guns. On or about January 14, 2013, the employer failed to ensure there was an independent ground on the trailer to control static electricity. The employer failed to make ensure there was no heat source in the area such as a heater. The employer failed to ensure that explosive signs were posted warning of an explosive operation in the area when perforating (scallop) guns were being built.

Employee(s) are exposed to delay of medical first aid.
