29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    On or about January 15, 2013, employees were exposed to hazards when two of the emergency exits were blocked.    a.	The exit near the rollup dock doors was blocked with plywood.    b.	The exit in the back of the warehouse had a bar that was placed on the door to make the door more secure when the building was not occupied.  No one had been assigned to remove the bar when the building was occupied.
