Hospital, on or about 8/16/13 and prior, RNs and LPNs, who have occupational exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials, through the exposure to contaminated sharps and other routes, had not been provided annual bloodborne pathogen training within 1-year of the previous training, as required.
