29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):     A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.      (a)  Front of Restaurant - On or about January 8, 2013 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while replacing a transformer inside a neon sign while working in Chevrolet 8500 bucket truck (serial number 26032).  The employee was elevated 14.6 feet above concrete. Employee was not wearing a body harness with a lanyard attached to boom or basket.
