A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors. a. At the establishment, rear exit doors located at the North East and North West sides of the building were locked. Locks were key bolt type locks not designed for emergency egress exposing employees to injuries in case of an emergency, on or about 01/15/2013.
