29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. On or about January 16, 2013, and times prior thereto, in the freezer room, the path to two exit doors were blocked exposing employees to the hazards of entrapment and fire hazards: a) North east exit door was blocked by pallets, and b) South west exit door was blocked by pallets.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about January 16, 2013, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure employees had clear access to the fire extinguishers at all times. The fire extinguishers were not readily accessible exposing employees to fire hazards: a) Fire extinguisher at the north east corner of the warehouse was blocked by pallets, and b) Fire extinguisher at the south east area of the freezer room was blocked by pallets.
