On or about January 16, 2013, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure employees had clear access to the fire extinguishers at all times.  The fire extinguishers were not readily accessible exposing employees to fire hazards:    a)	Fire extinguisher at the north east corner of the warehouse was blocked by pallets, and    b)	Fire extinguisher at the south east area of the freezer room was blocked by pallets.
