29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7):  Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service:    a) Custom Bag Division, Inc., Lexington, Ohio:  On or about January 16, 2013, the employer did not ensure that forklifts were examined daily for conditions that could adversely affect the truck's safety before being placed into service.  Employees operated forklifts to move various materials throughout the production area.
