29 CFR 1910.303(a): The conductors and/or equipment required or permitted by this subpart were not approved: (a) Facility, Second Floor, Electrical Busses: On or before January 7, 2013, an unapproved enclosure was used to cover electrical busses. Lumber was found to be on the inside of the enclosure which was used to secure the external panels.
