29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    On or about 1/16/13, at the rebar manufacturing area of the above referenced jobsite:     a. An employee was exposed to an electrical hazard while working with an extension cord that lacked strain relief at the female and male end attachment plugs.      b. An employee was exposed to an electrical hazard while operating a rebar cutting machine by using a pedal that lacked strain relief where the cord entered into the pedal.
