The grinder was connected to 120-volt ac power via an extension cord which was plugged into an indoor wall receptacle. No GFCI or assured equipment grounding program was being used. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

The grinder was connected to 120-volt ac power via an extension cord which was plugged into an indoor wall receptacle. The plug on the extension cord lacked a grounding prong. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
