29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment:    a) Press Room - Chemical splash goggles were not worn by employees when spraying products  containing methylene chloride such as, but not limited to Chemical Consultants Incorporated SR-97 (greater then 50% methylene chloride). On or about 1/17/13.    b) Press Room - Appropriate eye protection was not worn by employees when using compressed air to clean the M&R automatic press. On or about 1/17/13.

On or about 1/17/13.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
