29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: a) On or about 1/16/13, in room 124 on the 1st floor West of the Technology Building under construction at S.U.C. at Buffalo, 1300 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo, NY: An employee used a DeWalt DW255, VSR Drywall Screwdriver to fasten drywall. The screwgun was connected to 120-volt ac power via a series of extension cords, the first of which was plugged into a receptacle inside the building. The plug on the last extension cord in the series lacked a grounding prong. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
