WAS PREVIOSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315482984, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS FINAL ORDER ON 01/23/2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5503 S WILLIAMSON BOULEVARD, IN PORT ORANGE, FLORIDA.
