29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3) Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about 11/28/2012, a temporary employee sustained a serious injury to the left index finger when attempting to remove a jam on the tray on the Line 17 Brenton Tray Packer. The employee's finger was caught in the unguarded chain and sprocket.
