29 CFR 1910.303(f):  Each service, feeder and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or over current device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:    a) West Wing Electrical Room  - On or about 01/14/13 maintenance employees accessed the Siemens 250 A lug, and the writings on blue tape (in lieu of labels) did not allow a clear identification of the switches.    b) First Floor Hallway East - On or about 01/14/13 maintenance employees accessed the panel on the wall, and the existing labels did not clearly identify the purpose of the twenty four switches for lights and outlets.    c) Corporate Office Area - On or about 01/14/13 maintenance workers accessed the black panel on the wall, and the sixteen switches were not identified with labels.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
