29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: a) On or about January 17, 2013, at the temporary power source at the west center area of the construction building, had unused openings on the front and the underside of the temporary electrical distribution enclousure box were not effectively closed. b) On or about January 17, 2013, at the temporary power source at the east center area of the construction building, had unused openings on the front and the underside of the temporary electrical distribution enclousure box were not effectively closed. Additionally, it had an electrical conductor entering the box that was not protected from abraision.
