29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about January 17, 2013, two employees engaged in residential construction activities and working on a roof, were not utilizing an adequate fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximate 10-21 feet to ground level.
