29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(viii): Safety of equipment was not determined using considerations for other factors which contributed to the practical safeguarding of employees using or likely to come in contact with the equipment: a) The front guard was not on the Henny Penny SMS machine. b) The side guard was not on properly on the Henny Penny SMS machine. c) The back guard was not on properly on the Henny Penny SMS machine. d) There was no front guard on the Fastron Split Vac Fryer machine. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
