29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: On or about January 17, 2013, on an articulating lift, the employer did not ensure employees stand firmly on the floor of the basket. Employee was observed using the basket railing to access the roof. This exposed employees to fall hazards of greater than 14 feet to unfinished ground below.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about January 17, 2013, on an articulating lift, the employer did not ensure employees were wearing personal fall arrest system while working in an aerial lift. Employees were observed not wearing personal fall arrest system while working in JLG aerial lift. This exposed employees to fall hazards of greater than 14 feet to unfinished ground below.
