29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):     Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.          a)     On or about January 18, 2013, at the workplace, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided and used eye protection while using a nail gun, thereby exposing employees to a potential struck-by hazard.    b)     On or about January 18, 2013, at the workplace, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided and used eye protection while using a circular saw, thereby exposing employees to a potential struck-by hazard.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.          a)     On or about January 18, 2013, at the workplace, the employer did not ensure employees were provided and used fall protection while performing framing work, from the roof area, at heights greater than six feet, thereby exposing employees to an approximate 21 foot fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1):     Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, shall be equipped with:    29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i):     At least one handrail.          a)     On or about January 18, 2013, at the workplace, the employer did not ensure that the stairway from the first to the second floor was equipped with at least on handrail, thereby exposing employees to a potential trip/fall hazard.
