29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B):  Runs of open conductors used as temporary wiring branch circuits were located along the floor, and the conductors were not fastened at intervals of at least every 10 feet:    (a)  114 CHAMBERSBURG STREET, GETTYSBURG, PA, GROUND FLOOR - The 110 volt romex branched circuit that was used to supply power to the temporary lighting that employees were using as a light source, was hanging loose and running across the ground, thereby exposing employee(s) to electrical shock injuries, on or about January 17, 2013.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
