29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) On December 27th, 2012 employees of Heckert Systems working in the warehouse area were exposed to contact with electrical current when live electrical components were exposed due to two instances of exposed internal wiring. Wiring insulation on a punch press plugin was pulled back from the plug exposing live internal parts, and wiring insulation on an electrical cord in the spray booth was pulled back from the plug exposing live internal parts.
