29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides of the spray booth was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: a) CollisionMax (Grant Avenue): An employee (Painter) conducted painting activities inside an enclosed spray booth while materials including a portable wooden ladder, a portable aluminum ladder and racking constructed of wood were leaning against the spray booth. The employer did not ensure that at least three feet of clear space was maintained around the spray booth to prevent contusions and burns in the event of a fire. On or about February 7, 2013.
