29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection: a) 1004 South State Street, Dover, DE - Employees engaged in roofing actives were installing weather proofing shingles and were not protected from fall hazards at heights approximately 14 feet above the ground. The pitch of the roof was approximately 3? x 12 on the main section and 6 x 12 on the dormers. This violation was observed on or about January 18, 2013.
