29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) designated by the employer:    a)  Jobsite located at 1601 Salermo Way, Howell NJ 07731:  The employer did not initiate a program consisting of frequent and regular inspections of the worksite by a competent person.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards and employer did not provide fall arrest systems or other means of fall protection while performing truss installation and sheeting operations on top of a building under construction, observed on or about 10/24/2012.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    a)  Jobsite located at 1601 Salermo Way, Howell NJ 07731:  Employees from C&F Construction LLC., were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below while performing truss and sheeting installation, carpentry and other related activies without the use of fall protection, observed on or about 10/24/2012.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):     The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:    a)  Jobsite located at 1601 Salermo Way, Howell NJ 07731:  Company employees from C&F Construction LLC., that were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below did not have fall protection training.  Employees were installing trusses and sheets of plywood and performing carpentry and other related activies at the worksite, occurred on or about 10/24/2012.
