The employer did not develop a written Exposure Control Plan in the worksite where there is the potential for occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens via the administration of various intravenous mediciines such as flu vaccinations, Hepatitis B vaccinations, and the birth control medicine Depo-Provera. Such plan should include: 1) An exposure determination for each job category 2) A means of complying with engineering and work practice controls outlined in Section d of the Standard 3) Annual documentation of consideration of new safe needle devices, including solicitation of input from non-managerial stafff 4) Records of training and dates of each employee's HBV vaccination and/or HBV vaccination declination forms
