29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about January 23, 2013, employee working on aerial lift truck basket at 3800 N. Mesa El Paso, TX, was not wearing any type of fall protection equipment. This condition exposed employee to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to ground below.
