29 CFR 1910.68(d)(1): Employees handled freight, packaged goods, pipe, lumber, or construction materials on a manlift. a) RI Manlift, Receiving Department, 1111 North Park Drive, Hazleton, PA: Employees carry a flashlight, laser level and clipboard by hand while using the RI manlift to access the top level (Inventory Level). Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of twenty-two (22) feet, on or about January 13, 2013. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.

Employees were exposed to the use of a potentially unsafe manlift, on or about January 13, 2013. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
