29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii) Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On, or at dates prior to, January 18, 2013 employees in the kitchen area were exposed to hazard of electrocution or electrical shock because electrical conductors of a steam table were not protected against cuts or abrasion where they entered a metal junction box. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
