29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and fuardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) Tyrone Boulevard Job Site - An employee was exposed to a 21 foot 4 inch fall hazard and did not have his harness buckled and connected to a lanyard, on or about January 24, 2012. Tecta America West Florida LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in inspection number 313930331 citation 1 item 1 issued on 10/29/2009 and affirmed as a Final Order on December 17, 2009; inspection number 312794415 citation 1, item 1 issued on 11/17/2008 and affirmed as a Final Order on January 7, 2009 and inspection number 313174369 citation 2, item 1 issued on 4/23/2009 and affirmed as a Final Order on May 21, 2009 with respect to the workplace located at Hillsborough Cent.
