29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(2)(i): Engineering and work practice controls were not used to eliminate or minimize employees exposure:    Needles and scalpels used at the facility were not equipped with engineered sharps protection exposing employees to the increased risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens due to contaminated needlesticks and other percutaneous injuries, such as but not limited to, Select 25Gx5/8" needle, Select 30Gx1/2" needle, Select Sterile Surgical Blades and Covidien Polysorb Suture.
