29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a. Turnberry Subdivision, Lot #56 Turnberry Ave., Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. An employee was installing the cornice/fascia board in preparation for the installation of exterior bricks on a new residential home while working on a ladder jack scaffold 20 feet from ground level, without utilizing a means of fall protection and/or being tied-off, on or about January 24, 2013.

Employees were installing the cornice/fascia board in preparation for the installation of exterior bricks on the new residential home while working and walking on a ladder jack scaffold which was bridge and/or overlap one to another to make a longer work platform, on or about 01/24/13.
