29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. (a) Go Airheads, 4471 County Road 7, Erie, Colorado, 80516; On and before January 22, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that two employees conducting roofing work at Go Airheads were adequately protected from fall hazards. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 7 feet.
