29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  Rear Porch - On or about January 22, 2013 employees were exposed to fall hazards while using a ladder at the edge of a porch 13 feet above the ground and they were not protected by guardrails, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems.

29 CFR 1926.701(b):     All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:    (a)   Rear of Residence - On or about January 22, 2013 employees were exposed to impalement hazards while working near reinforcing steel projecting 10 inches above formwork and the employees were not protected by caps over the reinforcing steel.
