The battery chargers were attached to wooden pallets (combustible material), thus exposing the employees to life safety hazards such as fire and smoke inhalation.      b) LSD General Warehouse Storage, Building 1330, Bay 3 - On or about, and at times prior to February 26, 2013, employees were allowed to use battery chargers that were not installed and used per manufacturer's safe operating procedures.
