29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):     Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) At the jobsite, employees in the process of roofing activities, on a 6 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to an 12 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 01/24/2012.
