29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(iv): One or more fire extinguishers, rated not less than 2A, were not provided on each floor:  a)  On or about January 24, 2013, and times prior thereto, at the Zaxbys jobsite in Savannah, the controlling employer failed to ensure that a portable fire extinguisher rated not less than 2A was located on the ground level at the jobsite, exposing subcontractors employees to fire hazards not limited to burns and smoke inhalation.  b)  On or about January 24, 2013, and times prior thereto, at the Zaxby's jobsite in Savannah, the controlling employer failed to ensure that a ortable fire extinguisher rated not less than 2A was located on the flat roof at jobsite, exposing subconcrator employees to fire hazards not limited to burns and smoke inhalation.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
