Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: At 3124 Brown Road, Overland, MO, 63114, workers were observed working on top of the flat roof, approximately 15.5 feet above ground, without the use of any fall protection system and/or fall arrest system. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
